Arcella Client Code of Conduct
This Code applies to every organization that deploys Arcella—including all staff, contractors, and partners—across every channel (web chat, SMS, voice, email, API, etc.). By connecting Arcella to your GoHighLevel, Twilio, Baseten, Rime, or any other service, you agree to all rules below. Violation may result in suspension or termination of your Arcella license and, if required, escalation to the underlying platform.
1 — Follow Every Up-Stream Policy
You must comply with—and never attempt to bypass—the latest Acceptable Use Policies (AUP) and Messaging Policies of all integrated platforms, including but not limited to:

If a use case is banned or questionable under any of those policies, it is automatically banned for Arcella.
2 — Prohibited Content & Conduct
Arcella may never be used to create, transmit, or facilitate:
Illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activityUnwanted or spam messaging; snow-shoeing or filter-evasion tacticsHate speech, harassment, or extremist propagandaSexual content involving minors; non-consensual adult contentCannabis, CBD, or prescription-drug promotions (USA) twilio.comGambling, firearms, alcohol, or other age-gated offers without verified gatingMalware, phishing, or social-engineering simulations twilio.comMisleading claims, deep-fake voice cloning, or deceptive AI impersonationContent that violates privacy, intellectual-property, or export-control laws
3 — Consent, Identification & Opt-Out
Obtain explicit, documented opt-in before sending any automated message.Every first outbound message must:Identify your brand,State the program purpose,Provide clear STOP instructions.Honor all opt-out keywords immediately and log them for 30 days minimum.Double-opt-in is required for high-risk or age-gated verticals.Maintain accurate campaign descriptions and sample messages in A2P 10DLC filings (no “copy-paste” mismatches).
4 — Data Privacy & Security
Encrypt personal data in transit and at rest.Share user data with Arcella only for legitimate business purposes; never sell, resell, or expose it publicly.Implement role-based access and MFA for staff with Arcella or platform credentials.Promptly report any security incident affecting Arcella traffic or data.
5 — Fair-Use & Quality Standards
Keep average response latency below 5 seconds for live users. Respect platform rate limits. Configure human-handoff triggers for: user frustration, two failed intent matches, or large-value accounts (VIP).Monitor conversations weekly and retrain intents at least monthly to avoid hallucinations or outdated information.
6 — Branding & Intellectual Property
You may label Arcella as “powered by Arcella” but may not remove Arcella’s signature from UI elements without written approval. Do not use Arcella assets, logos, or name in a way that suggests ownership or creates confusion about the service provider.
7 — Enforcement & Penalties
First violation: written warning and 48 hours to remediate.Second violation or any severe breach: immediate suspension of Arcella services.Severe or repeated violations may be reported to GoHighLevel, Twilio, carriers, or law-enforcement as required.
8 — Changes & Acknowledgement
This Code may evolve as platform rules change. Continued use of Arcella after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms. By deploying Arcella, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Code of Conduct and all referenced platform policies.
